Bride-to-be Adrienne Bailon says she's focused and even reveals how many pounds she's lost during
 with her detox.
"H EL L O N O V E M B E R ♥ #Ad Well folks, I've lost 15lbs & counting! Can't stop. Won't stop. Focused! Ha. It's always tea time in my dressing room! Loving my detox with @fittea!" she captioned
the video.
The Real star gave us a behind-the-scenes look at her dressing room complete with a sparkling
chandelier, candles, a fireplace and a gold standing mirror.

"Just had the most incredible day ever. It was our Mr. and Mrs. Wedding shower," Adrienne shared on Snapchat after the festivities. "I have completely sweated my makeup off but it was such an amazing time
 and I know I wasn't on any of the social media stuff because I was actually living in the moment but I love these people very much."

She continued, "I love these girls so much. Did you guys have fun? Now we head to the after party."
For those who missed out on the oh-so-romantic moment, Israel delivered a special proposal to Adrienne back in August while they were vacationing in Paris.

The star and her future husband Israel Houghton recently celebrated their love with a "Mr. and Mrs." wedding shower.
Held at Fig & Olive in West Hollywood, guests including The Real's Jeannie Mai enjoyed a mid-day
lunch with Paris décor and a three-tier cake.
