Who needs sex when everything is online?

 Why are young people not having more sex? Countless surveys, the most recent by the American journal Archives of Sexual Behavior, exclaim bafflement. These millennial kids have “hook-up” apps like Tinder, but rather than leaping into random beds they’re more likely than their parents to be twenty-something virgins. What is their problem?
Does this suggest better sex education is working, ask beard-stroking academics, or are teenagers scared of diseases? Hmmm. Why not instead turn the question around. Ask those raised in, say, the 1970s why they had plenty of casual sex. Answer: boredom. Before video games and noodling around on…
